A Master is not the one with the most students....

It's so good to be reminded that you impact people through living your passion.

I love learning and sharing knowledge. I love seeing people get excited about learning to become better problem solvers. I love seeing people make a difference in their lives and careers. I love inspiring others to learn more.

Today, a beautiful co-worker shared a quote that she said made her think of me and I was so stunned and touched, especially because of how much I admire her. My heart leapt and melted at the same time. My eye leaked a bit. And it made my day and gave me the wind to keep going. The quote was this by Neale Donald Walsch and it sums up my life's passion and purpose, what I want my legacy to be:

“A true Master is not the one with the most students, but one who creates the most Masters. A true leader is not the one with the most followers, but one who creates the most leaders."

I am so humbled and honored to be impactful in this way.
